All of our free support is handled through our online support ticket system. However, we realize sometimes you need verbal tech support over the phone to resolve your issue. Therefore, because we have limited staff, we have implemented a Premium Support option if all else fails when trying to resolve your issue via our online support.
With this paid premium support option you can expect a phone call from one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff members within 4 hours or less.
